Virtual Programs

Engineering Education & International Exchange for High School and University Students Around the World

Developed in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Engineering World Health now offers multiple virtual exchange opportunities for high school and university students around the world.

Some of these programs have been developed by EWH; others have been developed as partnerships between EWH and universities around the world to foster international exchange even when travel is not possible. Read the descriptions of each program to find out who is eligible to participate. Most virtual programs focus on engineering design in low-resource settings. Students work together on international teams, guided by experience facilitators with field experience. Virtual program curriculum was developed in partnership with Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
