The Festival organizers write, “approximately 365,000 people participated over the 4 days (including X-STEM)! Sneak Peek Friday alone included more than 60,000 students, teachers, military families, government officials and press. Saturday and Sunday brought in roughly 150,000 people each day.”
Busy, busy festival
Events like SciFest give everyone the chance to see firsthand how STEM can positively impact our lives, from 3D printing to neuroscience, from space exploration to medical device design. As exhibitors, we had the opportunity to share information about biomedical engineering and our global work with thousands of people who visited our booth. We were thrilled to meet so many kids, parents, and teachers excited about science and engineering!
